Through the Axiom Alliance, Goodrich & Associates can now bring capital to to the table when solving urgent business financial problems.

We have a relationship with Axiom Capital Group, a Boston Merchant Bank, that provides us the resources to buy from lenders and funds, their disappointing loans and investments.  Targeted investment size is $2 million to $20 million.  Upon closing the transaction, we expect to be hands on in fixing the business and/or repurposing assets.  Because Axiom has its own capital, transactions can be closed quickly.

We can also quickly generate liquidty for troubled businesses by buying divisions or product lines.
